| 内容記述 | Ａ県内の救急外来を受診する子どもと家族の現状と課題小児救急看護の実際を明らかにするために，小児救急外来に従事する看護師にフォーカス・グループ・インタビューを行い，質的帰納的に分析を行った．その結果，Ａ県内の小児救急外来を受診する子どもと家族の現状として，【受診に関する正しい知識が乏しく，適切な療養行動が行いにくい】【昼間の受診が困難な状況でも，周囲が受診を促す】ことが明らかになった．また，Ａ県内の小児救急看護の実際としては，【広範囲の医療圏で小児に不慣れな医師と看護師が対応している】【電話相談では診療可能な病院を紹介し，受診の判断の手助けを行う】【重症度を見極めながら，診察介助や家族に子どもが病気になった際の対応方法を説明する】ことが明らかになった．県土が広く医療資源の少ないＡ県においては，更なる家族への説明と救急外来看護師への小児看護の教育機会の確保が今後の課題である． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In order to clarify present conditions of children and their families visiting emergency rooms in A prefecture and actual situation of the pediatric emergency nursing, the author performed a focus group interview for nurses engaging in a pediatric emergency and analyzed the results qualitatively and inductively. Results revealed [The families are lack of correct knowledge and visit emergency rooms immediately when their children show symptoms] and [The families are in the situation where they can hardly consult doctors in daytime and are recommended to visit emergency rooms] as present conditions of children and their families visiting emergency rooms in A prefecture. In addition, as a fact of the pediatric emergency nursing in A prefecture, it has been clarified [Doctors and nurses who are inexperienced in infants respond in extensive medical circle], [Introduce the families hospitals that they can consult and help them for judgment for consultation] and [Explains correspondence method to the families for the case that their children got sick while making sure of severity]. Need for further explanation to families and securing of education opportunity of children nursing for emergency nurses has been suggested for A prefecture, which has large area and little medical resource. | |||||||||||||||||
