Results revealed [The families are lack of correct knowledge and visit emergency rooms immediately when their children show symptoms] and [The families are in the situation where they can hardly consult doctors in daytime and are recommended to visit emergency rooms] as present conditions of children and their families visiting emergency rooms in A prefecture. In addition, as a fact of the pediatric emergency nursing in A prefecture, it has been clarified [Doctors and nurses who are inexperienced in infants respond in extensive medical circle], [Introduce the families hospitals that they can consult and help them for judgment for consultation] and [Explains correspondence method to the families for the case that their children got sick while making sure of severity].
