| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，２型糖尿病患者の療養生活における信頼とは何かを当事者の視点から明らかにすることである．２型糖尿病患者11名に半構成的面接と参加観察を行った．質的帰納的分析の結果，以下のことが明らかとなった．糖尿病患者は【得体の知れない糖尿病という病気】という感覚をもつ．それによって発する【糖尿病をもつ生活の不確さの自覚】をし，糖尿病をもつ生活の不確さに対応するために信頼するという行為をする．信頼する対象は３つで【自分の糖尿病をケアする自分】【療養行為が反応する糖尿病をもつ体】【糖尿病治療専門家で人である医師】である．【糖尿病の治療への構え】によって信頼する対象への信頼の比重が規定されている．そして，その時々の【自分の糖尿病をケアする自分】あるいは【療養行為が反応する糖尿病をもつ体】のとらえ方によって信頼する対象への信頼の比重が相対的に変化していた． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify what confidence and trust building means to patients with type 2 diabetes. Semistructured interviews were conducted in 11 patients with type 2 diabetes. The results of qualitative inductive analysis showed that diabetic patients sought to "confidence" in being able to deal with the uncertainties of living with diabetes. Many diabetic patients felt "unfamiliar with diabetes." This leads them to create a "sense of uncertainty about living with diabetes, "and they would like to have "confidence" to deal with this "sense of uncertainty about living with diabetes." Three objects of trust are the following:"the patient responsible for self-care of diabetes" ; "the body with diabetes that responds to treatment"; and "the physicians who is a specialist in diabetes treatment." The degree of trust in these objects is determined by "attitudes towards diabetes treatment." In addition, depending on how both "the patient responsible for self-care of their diabetes" and "the body with diabetes that responds to treatment" are perceived at any given time, the degree of trust in these objects changes. | |||||||||||||
