| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,感染対処のための治療の継続に関するセルフ・エフィカシーを明らかにすることである.初回を除く化学療法後の急性白血病患者7名に,隔離前と隔離期間中に,主に半構成的面接を行った.質的帰納的分析の結果,セルフ・エフィカシーの内容は,【生きていける】【どんな時も気持ちを安定させることができる】【頑張れる】【自分に関することは自分で決めて行える】【感染対処の工夫をしていける】【ゆとりを持って自分なりに生活を楽しめる】を含んだ.これらのサブカテゴリーとして,例えば【生きていける】では,《病気や治療に関して確かな情報を掌中に収めることができる》《活力を維持できる》《拠り所となる支えを得ることができる》の3つが含まれ,【どんな時も気持ちを安定させることができる】には,《データの見通しが立てられる》《予期せぬ現象の原因を追究できる》《医療者と気持ちの交流ができる》の3つが含まれた.患者の【生きていける】過程を認識しながら,病状に関する適切な情報と見通しの提供,精神的支援などがセルフ・エフィカシーの向上に繋がると考えた. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study was conducted to find out the self-efficacy for continuing to cope with infection to myelosuppressed hematomalignant patients after chemotherapy. Semi-structured interviews were mainly done to 7 patients who had received the treatments except for the first one before and during isolation. As a result of qualitative inductive analyses, the self-efficacy was divided into 6 categories: "I believe I can keep on living", "I believe I can stabilize my emotions", "I believe I can do my best", "I believe I can make decisions on me by myself", "I believe I can do all things to cope with infection", and "I believe I can enjoy my life in my own way". Each of these categories includes several subcategories. For example, "I believe I can keep on living" includes 3 subcategories: I believe I can obtain reliable information on my disease or treatment, I believe I can maintain my vitality, and I believe I can obtain the support to rely on. "I believe I can stabilize my emotions" includes 3 subcategories: I believe I can predict my recovery based on the data, I believe I can identify the cause of unexpected phenomenon, and I believe I can exchange my feelings with medical professionals. It is concluded that it is important for nurses to provide patients with adequate information on the condition of the disease, the prospect for recovery, moral support etc. to enhance their self-efficacy. | |||||||||||
