| 内容記述 | 福島県立医科大学放射線医学県民健康管理センターでは，県民健康調査「妊産婦に関する調査」を平成23年度から開始し，支援が必要と判断された対象者に電話支援を行っている。本研究は，平成23年度調査における電話要支援者の特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。対象者は震災時に福島県内で妊婦健診を受診または分娩した者とし，自記式質問紙を郵送し，回答者のうち出生に至った8,358名である。震災関連要因，分娩経過，母親の要因，児の要因を中心に電話要支援者と非支援者との比較を行った。電話要支援者には，被災で妊婦健診や施設の変更を余儀なくされた者，ハイリスク妊娠，帝王切開分娩術，初産の割合が有意に高かった。また，震災直後は放射線に関する電話相談が多く，電話要支援者は非支援者よりも，放射線の影響を心配してミルクを使用する割合が高かった。放射線に関する相談に次いで多い相談は，母親自身のことや育児についてだった。緊急時の対応として放射線に関する不安への対応だけでなく，平常時同様の育児支援を，特にハイリスク妊産婦を対象に行うことが重要である。 | |||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Fukushima Medical University's Radiation Medical Science Center implemented a Pregnancy and Birth Survey in 2011 to assess the health status of and provide telephone counseling to mothers living in Fukushima after the nuclear accident. We studied the characteristics of mothers who received the counseling and the content of their concerns. We conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey among women who were pregnant or gave birth around the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake in Fukushima. The responses of 8,358 mothers were analyzed. Significantly more mothers received telephone counseling who experienced: interruptions in antenatal care, high-risk pregnancies with complications and/or anomalies, cesarean sections, and being primipara. The most frequent topic of the counseling was "effects of radiation", followed by "health of the mothers" and "childrearing." Higher proportions of the counseled mothers fed their babies with formula because of concerns regarding the radioactive contamination of their breast milk. Our results suggest the importance of paying attention to high-risk mothers and providing counseling not only about the effects of radiation as an emergency response, but also about childrearing as part of routine care. | |||||||||||||||
