| 内容記述 | 新人助産師に対する先輩看護職の関わりに関する研究の動向を文献レビューにより明らかにし，今後の課題と研究の方向性の示唆を得ることを目的とした．医中誌Webを用いて「新人助産師」「関わり」等をキーワードに検索し，新人助産師に対する先輩看護職の関わりに関連する内容について記述がある13件を文献レビューの対象とした．対象文献について，研究目的，方法，結果を検討項目とし，内容を分析した．新人助産師に対する先輩看護職の関わりについて，日々の助産ケアにおける関わり，ストレス等に対するサポート，職場環境としての関わりの３つの視点が明らかとなった．今後は，分娩場面以外の助産ケアにおける先輩看護職の具体的な関わりや新人助産師に対する関わりの関連要因や影響要因，新人助産師の視点における先輩看護職の関わりを病院に勤務する研究者と教育関係者等が連携しながら明らかにしていく必要があると考えられた． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to analyze research trends concerning the engagement of senior nursing professionals with new midwives by conducting a literature review. Additionally, the study aimed to provide suggestions for future issues and research directions. A search on the Web of Medical Journal was conducted using keywords such as "new midwives" and "involvement," and 13 articles describing the involvement of senior nursing staff with new midwives were selected for the literature review. The selected articles were then analyzed for content, focusing on their study objectives, methods, and results. Three perspectives on the relationship between senior nursing staff and new midwives were identified, namely: their daily involvement in midwifery care, their provision of support to alleviate stress, and their involvement in the work environment. In the future, it will be necessary to clarify the specific involvement of senior nurses in midwifery care other than delivery, explore factors related to and influencing the involvement of new midwives, and investigate the involvement of senior nurses from the perspective of new midwives, in collaboration with researchers and educators working in hospitals. | |||||||||||||
