| 内容記述 | 目的:境界性パーソナリティ障害(Borderline Personality Disorder:以下BPDとする)患者の治療過程における治療枠組みと, 看護師が治療チームの中で果たす役割を明確にすることである. 方法:対象は, A県内の2ヵ所の精神科病院から紹介された3ケースに関わった医療スタッフである. BPD患者の治療チームのスタッフに面接を行い, 面接データを記述すると共に, 患者を巡る治療チーム全体をケースとしてまとめる研究デザインとした, 結果:看護師は, 入院によって引き起こされるBPD患者の問題行動をきっかけにして, "問題行動に対応する役割", "枠を効果的に用いて援助する役割", "問題行動に対応することで起こってくる問題を引き受ける役割"を果たしていた. この役割を果たす中で, 看護師は, <病棟ルール>, <生活上の目標>, <治療に関する取り決め>を治療枠組みとして用いていた. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Aim: Clarify the therapeutic frame in the treatment process of a borderline personality disorder patient (BPD) and a nurse's role in the treatment team. Method: Three cases were referred from two mental hospitals in A prefecture. Medical staff members in the BPD patient treatment team were interviewed and a case analysis was made. Result: A nurse in a BPD patient treatment team was able to: (1) correspond to patient behavioral problems; (2) use a therapeutic frame effectively to help; and (3) take over from a predicament ascribable to dealing with patient behavioral problems when prompted by erratic behavior attributable to a BPD patient. Therapeutic frame considered by a nurse includes: (1) ward rules; (2) making life goals; and (3) agreement about the treatment. | |||||||||
