| 内容記述 | 【目的】家族看護実践センター式教育プログラムを受講した看護師の家族に対する認識の変化を明らかにする.【方法】家族看護の学習経験のない看護師3名を対象とした.対象者に家族看護実践センター式教育プログラム初級者用を受講してもらい,学習前と学習3か月後に半構造化インタビューを実施した.データを質的記述的に分析し,学習前後で比較を行った.【結果】学習前の看護師の家族に対する認識は,家族に対する《心理的距離が遠い》状態であった.看護師は,家族を支援することについて【家族への思いはある】と語った.しかし,【家族との心理的距離が遠い】ため,家族を支援するというよりは,むしろ【家族に協力を求める】という姿勢になっていた.学習後,看護師の家族に対する認識は,家族への《心理的距離が近い》状態であった.看護師は援助者としての【自分自身に向き合い】,自分の傾向を振り返っていた.看護師と【家族との心理的距離が近い】状態であり,【家族を援助しようとする】姿勢に変化していた.【結論】家族看護実践センター式教育プログラムを受講後の看護師は,家族との心理的距離が近づいていた. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the effects of Family Nursing Skills Training Program (FNST) on clinical nurses. Methods: We compared perspectives of three nurses with semi-structured interviews before and three months after taking FNST. Interviews were analyzed by qualitative methods to develop units of meaning and themes. Informed consent was obtained by all participants. Result: Before the training,the nurses placed mental distance from patients' families.The nurses said "I wish I could support the families." However, the nurses kept mental distance from the families, and asked them to cooperate with the nurses. After the training,the nurses examined their own attitude towards patients' families,and found that their mental perspective was more close to the families.In addition, the nurses got motivated to support patients' families. Conclusion: After the program,the nurses' mental relationship with patients' families became closer than before the training. | |||||||||||
