| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，外来通院中の造血器腫瘍患者が感染から身を守る生活とはどのようなものかを明らかにすることである．悪性リンパ腫や急性白血病を含む９名を対象にインタビューを行い，質的帰納的に分析を行った．その結果，根底の理由となる【生命存続への希求】の他，【医療者の指示は忠実に守る】【がんに負けない活力をつける】が明らかになった．がんに負けない活力には，《心身を充電する》《楽しみを得て自身を解放する》《感染予防を徹底する》を含んだ．感染の徹底は［感染を危惧する僅かな兆候を逃さない］［感染の危惧を察知し安全な空間を確保する］［菌の侵入門戸を遮断する］などを含み［得体の知れない侵入者への意識］を理由としていた．これらより，命の危うさや感染の脅威を受け止め，生きる活力を支えながら，感染予防の規制と緩和のバランスがとれた生活を支援していく必要性が示唆された． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to describe how outpatients with hematologic malignancies protect themselves from infection in their daily life. Nine outpatients with malignant lymphoma or acute leukemia were interviewed. Data were analyzed with the qualitative inductive approach. Three major categories were identified: the desire to survive; adherence of medical staff's instructions; great motivation not to be beaten by cancer. The third category includes three subcategories: energizing mind and body; distracting themselves by enjoying their life; the methodical prevention of infection. And the third subcategory includes several codes: not missing the slight signs of apprehension about infection, estimating the level of bacteria or viruses, securing safe space, blocking points of infection, and so on., These arise from a consciousness of some existing unidentifiable intruder. This study suggests that nurses need to understand the threat to life and the hazards of infection, so as to support patients' vigor to live a well-regulated life and prevent infection. | |||||||||
